Welcome credits sit locked until each milestone is genuinely met — only approved, partner-funded credits count, never pending, referral, or promotional ones. Milestones not reached within 90 days of signup expire, with reminders before they do. Full rules in the Trust Centre.
What counts toward progression
One kind of credit, and only one: approved, partner-funded credits — credits from offers and surveys you completed, after their hold windows passed and the partner confirmed them. That's the same standard for every milestone.
What never counts: pending credits, held credits, referral rewards, promotional credits, and the welcome credits themselves. The final milestone additionally requires your first successful redemption — so it completes once you've genuinely been paid out.
The fine print, stated plainly
- Locked means locked
- Until a milestone unlocks, its credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are excluded from your redeemable balance and from redemption minimums. They appear in your balance widget labelled as locked — visible, but honestly so.
- 90-day window
- Milestones you haven't unlocked expire 90 days after signup. You'll see the date in your account and we send reminders before it arrives — no surprise expiries. Milestones already unlocked are unaffected by the deadline.
- Verification gates
- Nothing unlocks without a verified email and a pass on our standard risk checks. If a check is holding you back in error, contact support — a human will look.
- Invalid activity
- Welcome credits unlocked by activity later found invalid or reversed may be held, reversed, or forfeited — with the reason shown and the same appeal path as any other decision. Honest activity has nothing to manage here.
Why it's built this way
A signup bonus that pays on arrival attracts exactly the accounts that drain a rewards pool, and platforms quietly recoup the cost from honest members. Tying welcome credits to approved activity means the track is funded by real partner revenue — which is why we can offer £6 rather than a token gesture, keep it unlocked-is-yours, and say all of this out loud.
