Welcome credits sit locked until each milestone is genuinely met — only approved, partner-funded credits count, never pending, referral, or promotional ones. Milestones not reached within 90 days of signup expire, with reminders before they do. Full rules in the Trust Centre.

Why rewards wait

Why gift cards only — no cash?
Three honest reasons. It keeps Vouch a rewards programme rather than a money service — simpler and more transparent for everyone. It shuts out most of the fraud that plagues cash-out sites, which is why those sites treat every member like a suspect; we don't have to. And it lets us run sustainable economics without squeezing your share. Credits are promotional rewards, not stored money — we think that clarity is a feature.
Why do credits start as pending?
Partners verify each completion before they pay us, so we show you the same truth. Pending isn't a delay tactic — it's a timer, and we show you the timer: surveys about 7 days, app and game offers up to 30, registrations 14, always stated on the offer before you start. When a partner approves early, so do we.
When do my welcome credits unlock?
At real milestones: 150 credits at 300 approved partner-funded credits, 150 more at 700, 200 at 1,200, and the final 100 after your first successful redemption plus 2,000 lifetime approved credits. Pending, referral, and promotional credits never count toward progression, and milestones not reached within 90 days of signup expire — with reminders before they do.
What happens during the first-redemption review?
A person on our team looks at the account behind the redemption — checking the activity is genuine, not judging you. It usually completes within 24 hours and always within 72, and we email you the moment it's approved. It's a one-time step; later redemptions are typically issued within minutes.
Are credits money?
No — and we say so plainly. Credits are promotional rewards with no cash value: they can't be transferred, don't earn interest, and only redeem for gift cards at 100 credits ≈ £1.00. That framing is what keeps the whole platform simple and honest.
What if an offer doesn't track?
It happens — usually an ad blocker, a VPN, or switching devices mid-offer. Report it from your activity page with any proof you have and we'll raise it with the partner. Honest answer: partners decide untracked claims and not all are granted, but we escalate every claim with evidence, and offers that repeatedly fail to track get pulled.
How do referrals qualify?
You receive 300 credits when your friend earns 1,000 approved, partner-funded credits and stays in good standing through a 14-day review period. Nothing is paid on a bare signup, rewards are capped at 10 per month, and a referral reverses if the activity behind it does.
What can cause a hold or reversal?
A hold means we're double-checking the activity behind some credits — most clear on their own, and you don't need to do anything. A reversal means the partner withdrew or invalidated a completion; the entry stays in your ledger with the reason. Either way there's a path: contact support to add context, and appeal any decision you think is wrong.
