Terms of service — the human version
An accurate simplification of the terms you agree to, including the parts that aren't in our favour to advertise. The full legal text governs; this summary must never contradict it.
Who can join
You must be 18 or over, live in the UK, and have exactly one account.
What credits are
Credits are promotional rewards, not money — you can't convert them to cash, transfer them, or earn interest on them; they're only good for gift cards at 100 credits ≈ £1.00. Credits are conditional until the partner who funded the activity confirms it.
Corrections and reversals
If a partner claws back funding, we may reverse the matching credits — with the reason shown in your ledger. If we make an error in either direction, we fix it in either direction, including when the error favoured us.
Suspensions and closures
We can suspend or close accounts, but only for stated reasons backed by evidence — never “just because” — and you can always appeal, with terminations re-reviewed by a different person. See account safety & appeals.
Changes and law
If we change the terms in a way that's worse for you, we give 30 days' notice and the change doesn't apply retroactively. English and Welsh law applies.
