Terms of service, in short
An accurate simplification of the terms you agree to, including the parts that aren't in our favour to advertise. The full legal text governs; this summary must never contradict it.
Who can join
You must be 18 or over, live in the UK, and have exactly one account.
What credits are
Credits are promotional rewards, not money. You can't convert them to cash, transfer them, or earn interest on them; they're only good for gift cards at 100 credits ≈ £1.00. Credits are conditional until the partner who funded the activity confirms it.
No guarantee of payout
Credits aren't guaranteed until they're paid out. We only credit activity the partner confirms and pays us for. We may decline, hold, reverse or refuse to pay out credits, including credits already shown as pending or approved, if the partner doesn't pay us, the activity can't be verified, or we have reasonable grounds to think something is wrong, such as duplicate accounts, VPNs or automated completions.
Corrections and reversals
If a partner claws back funding, we may reverse the matching credits, with the reason shown in your ledger. If we make an error in either direction, we fix it in either direction, including when the error favoured us.
Suspensions and closures
We can suspend or close accounts, hold credits or refuse a payout where we have reasonable grounds to think something is wrong. We'll tell you the reason where we can, and you can ask us to review the decision. See account safety & appeals.
Changes and law
If we change the terms in a way that's worse for you, we give 30 days' notice and the change doesn't apply retroactively. English and Welsh law applies.
