Vouch Levels

The more you earn, the higher you go. Every level pays a one-time bonus straight into your spendable balance. These are the complete rules.

Gold

Platinum

Diamond
At £500 of confirmed earnings. One-time bonus: £10, ready to spend.

What counts

Confirmed earnings from offers and surveys you completed, after their hold has passed. It's the same measure as the Welcome Track. Pending and held credits, referral rewards, promotional credits, welcome credits, level bonuses and Shop & Earn cashback and receipts don't count. Those still add to your balance as normal.

How the bonus is paid

When your confirmed earnings reach a level, its bonus lands in your ledger as spendable credit, usually within minutes of the earnings that got you there being confirmed. Each bonus is paid once per account, ever. If you jump two levels at once, you get both bonuses.

Bonuses need a verified email and an account in good standing, the same as the Welcome Track. If credits that got you to a level are later reversed by the partner, you keep your level bonus unless the activity is found to be fraudulent.

No streaks, nothing expires

Your level reflects everything you've confirmed so far. There are no streaks, no daily check-ins and no deadlines. The only thing that moves you down is a partner reversing credits that counted towards it.
