Redemption and gift cards
Approved credits turn into UK gift cards at a fixed 100 credits to £1. Vouch doesn't pay cash or ask for bank details.
The rules
- First redemption
- 1,000 approved credits (a £10 card), from the starter list. A few accounts start at 1,500 credits (£15) after our account checks; the redeem page always shows your own minimum. A verified UK mobile is needed first, and a person checks the request: usually within 24 hours, always within 72.
- After that
- From 500 credits (£5), from the full catalogue.
- What counts
- Only approved credits. Pending credits, locked welcome credits and credits already set aside for a request waiting for review don't.
- Delivery
- The code appears in your account under Rewards and we email you when it's ready. Each card carries the brand's own terms, including where it can be spent and any expiry.
If something goes wrong
- Request declined
- Your credits stay in your balance and you get the reason. You can appeal it.
- Card can't be issued
- If the gift card provider can't issue a card, the request goes back to a person, who either issues it again or cancels it and returns your credits. You're never charged for a card you don't receive.
- Code doesn't work
- Contact support with the brand and the last four characters of the code. If the card was faulty, we replace it.
A reward reversed after you've redeemed
If a partner withdraws a reward after you've already spent the credits, we don't chase you for money. The shortfall is taken from future rewards instead, except in cases of fraud. See the terms.
