Most reward platforms keep their mechanics vague and let support absorb the gap. We do the opposite: every state your credits can be in, every check we run, and every appeal path — published here, in plain English, kept current.
Two commitments shape everything below. First, no decision against you rests on a score alone — serious actions need evidence and a human. Second, every “we may hold or reverse” in these pages comes with the reason standard we hold ourselves to and a way to appeal.
These pages are accurate simplifications, not marketing — where a rule is unfavourable to you, the page says so plainly. The full policies govern; if a summary ever contradicted one, we'd treat that as our bug to fix.
