Most reward platforms keep their mechanics vague and let support absorb the gap. We do the opposite: every state your credits can be in, every check we run and every appeal path is written down here and kept up to date.
Two commitments shape everything below. First, no decision against you rests on a score alone. Serious actions need evidence and a person. Second, every “we may hold or reverse” in these pages comes with the reason standard we hold ourselves to and a way to appeal.
These pages are accurate summaries, not marketing. Where a rule is unfavourable to you, the page says so plainly. The full policies govern; if a summary ever contradicted one, we'd treat that as our bug to fix.
